Mrs. Chun – Students reviewed actions that encourage and discourage friendships. Then they finished their PowerPoint posters that included a sentence and a picture for each.

Second Grade
Ms. Gerretson – Students imported their handwashing digital photographs into iPhoto. Then they began working on using Comic Life to create their Handwashing Posters. Students will be finishing their posters next week in Technology.

Mrs. Laubach – Students played Family Feud to find the top 10 New Years Resolutions for kids in the United States. Congratulations to the winning teams!

Fouth Grade
Mrs. Carbo – Students in fourth grade took their county Vocabulary Pre-Test using our PRS (Pupil Response System). They enjoyed using the remotes to take this assessment rather than pencil and paper.

Mrs. Bray – Students began by examining the Top 10 New Years Resolutions made by kids in the United States. Did you know the Number 1 New Years Resolution is to have Better Hygiene? Then students wrote their own new years resolutions using Comic Life. They incorporated color and pictures using their computers built in camera.
