Grab your typing fingers, computer skills, and trackpads and be ready to begin! I’m looking forward to working with you this year in Technology. Part of technology is going to be to learn new things and build upon the knowledge from last year. So I want to hear from you! Add your answers to the following 2 questions in a comment.

I was thinking that maybe we could get one video camera and we could make a video of ourselves for a slideshow. We could give it to Mrs. Carbo and our parents!!!

The things that I liked learning best in Technology class last year were playing the games and I liked Funbrain the best.
I hope to learn how to make a slideshow in Technology class this year.

I love technology! Last year one of my favorite things was when we made a video of ourselves with an interview and we got to present it to the class. I also enjoyed the power point presentations, it was fun to work with the recordings of our voices.

These are my answers to the homework questions:
1. What I really liked last year was having free time in technology. Maybe if we could just have that like, once a month, that would be a nice way to get our minds of work for half a hour.
2. What I would really like to do this year is maybe learn how to assemble a computer and how to identify and fix a problem/glitch like my sister did in 6th grade for Tech Ed. I thought that was really cool. I really want to try this for 5th grade. Or if we can’t do that, maybe you can teach us how to make a computer out a pizza box!
